HR Operations Manager - Sandton at Enaex Africa

HR Operations Manager’s key responsibility include maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices and processes:

• Maintenance of the organisations structure and headcount
• Establishing job requirements and updates
• Establish and implement new company policies
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics
• Manage team performance
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Recommend new software to address organisation HR gaps and needs
• Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and onboarding process to termination
• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees;
• Be part of the HR Management Team structure and contribute strategically to the team objective of improving the quality of life of our employees
• Manage culture initiatives
• Be familiar with employee benefits programs and educate employees on same
• Maintain contact with Group HR team and ensure all new people projects are embedded in South Africa successfully

Requirements

Required entry Qualifications:  

• Degree in  HR, Industrial Psychology or related  qualifications
• 8-10 years experience in Human Resources
• Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role
• Experience in managing Human Resources delivery
• Track record of successful Human Resources delivery in a matrix environment.
• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
• Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
