Responsibilities:

Job Profile Writing and Job Evaluations:

• Craft and refine Job Profiles that capture the essence of each role.
• Conduct Job Evaluations and recommend fair job gradings.
• Keep our Job Analysis Process dynamic and relevant.
• Remuneration Policy Development and Implementation:
• Help design competitive and fair Remuneration Policies.
• Ensure our policies meet legal and industry standards.
• Oversee the rollout of salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
• Address benefit-related queries.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement Performance Management Systems to meet the company’s objectives.
• Coordinate Performance Reviews and provide training.
• Analyse Performance Data to drive improvements and align training plans with the Skills Development Plan.
• General HR and Employee Relations Management:
• Implement and review strategic HR initiatives.
• Develop and communicate clear HR Policies.
• Assist with employee relations and recruitment processes.
• Assist with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and employee benefit related issues.
• Conduct HR Audits and provide insightful feedback to the Corporate Services Director.

Requirements

• Diploma or B Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Valid Driver’s License
• 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
• Proficient in MS Office
• Advanced understanding of all relevant legislation e.g. Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Condition of Employment Act (BCEA), Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COID), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS), etc.
• Understanding of HR Systems
• Understanding of basic business principles
