HR Systems & Payroll Administrator - Mining at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain HR systems to ensure accurate employee records and payroll processing
• Process payroll accurately and on time, including managing deductions and tax compliance
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management review
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate data input and compliance with labor regulations
• Provide support to employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Assist with the implementation of new HR systems and procedures for continuous improvement
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related field.
• 5 years' experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
• Extensive knowledge in Access Control/Time and Attendance, and system support.
• Extensive experience on SAGE 300 People Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements within the mining sector
• Valid Driver's License
