RESPONSIBILITIES

PAYROLL
- Weekly administrative duties to ensure weekly wages are paid.
- Managing Bargaining council compliance
- Processing information
- Reporting
- Time and attendance
GENERAL HR ADMINISTRATION

RECRUITMENT
- All on-boarding from end to end
- Recruitment compliance
TRAINING
- Managing the training program for learners/students on learnerships
WELLNESS
- Identify and execute employee wellness initiatives
PAYROLL
- Weekly administrative duties to ensure weekly salaries are paid.
- Managing Bargaining council compliance
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 · HR Training/ Qualification
- Computer literate · Ability to sign (SASL as a primary or additional language)
- Clothing Bargaining council experience or knowledge would be advantageous
