8 years experience in HSEQ Operations
4 years experience in a managerial role within HSEQ
What you will be doing
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with the company rules and regulations as they apply to the tenants of the Eco Industrial Hub (EIH)
Deliver oversight and assurance to the team on risks and recommendations and implement solutions to improve the level of compliance and regulatory risk control and ensure any breaches are addressed
Identify operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate and provide competent advice & recommendations
Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities
Ensure workforce competencies are maintained and relevant to their duties and roles in contingency management
