    Human Capital Business Partner - Johannesburg

    Objectives of Role

    • Partner with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive Human Capital strategy aligned with E2’s overall business objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of the talent management process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance achievement, and career development.
    • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Manage talent relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary issues.
    • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
    • Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.

    Manage payroll in collaboration with Shiriki (Shared Services).
    Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's in industrial psychology degree preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
    • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Self-starter that is highly reliable, organised, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
