• An opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist at out Mega Express - Midrand Depot to provide specific functional service with or without supervision in a section of the human resources department e.g. manning, recruitment, research, industrial relations, remuneration, employee assistance. Undertakes projects associated with human resources Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.

Minimum Requirements    

•  Diploma / NQF level 6
•  Up to 4 years’ experience

Duties & Responsibilities    

•  Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management. 
•  Plan, direct and coordinate the HR administrative functions of the company 
•  Initiating, representing, facilitating, and drafting of all documents relating to disciplinary inquiries, poor work performance matters, incapacity matters, retrenchments, and grievances 
•  Recruitment, interviewing and selection of new staff 
•  Full function of Employment Equity, Skills development and COIDA 
•   Forming and maintaining employee records 
•  Develop, implement, and maintain all HR policies and procedures across the organisation 
•  Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
