    Human Capital Officer (Sandton)

    Job Purpose

    • Are you passionate about people, process efficiency, and building a culture of excellence?
    • Join our dynamic Human Capital team and play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience!
    • As a Human Capital Business Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Human Capital (HC) matters within your business unit.
    • You’ll support business outcomes by delivering efficient HC operations, ensuring policy compliance, and improving employee satisfaction through responsive and high-quality support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide frontline advice and support on HC policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and manage talent administration (onboarding, offboarding, job changes)
    • Assist in employee relations and ensure compliance with labour legislation
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HC documentation
    • Compile reports and contribute to HC insights and data-driven decisions
    • Champion operational excellence and contribute to continuous process improvement
    • Support internal collaboration and build strong working relationships across the organisation

    Education

    • National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field - Essential

    Experience

    • 2 – 4 years’ experience in a Human Resources support role
    • Solid knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA, POPIA)
