    Human Capital Officer (Sandton)

    Job Purpose

    • As a Human Capital Business Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Human Capital (HC) matters within your business unit.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide frontline advice and support on HC policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and manage talent administration (onboarding, offboarding, job changes)
    • Assist in employee relations and ensure compliance with labour legislation
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HC documentation
    • Compile reports and contribute to HC insights and data-driven decisions

    Change and Release Specialist (Sandton)

    Job Purpose

    • Blue Label Telecoms is looking for a Change & Release Specialist to join our high-performance technology team!
    • In this role, you will be the key driver in planning, coordinating, and executing IT changes and software releases.
    • You'll ensure efficient, secure, and reliable deployment into production using ITIL 4 best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Change Enablement: Evaluate, coordinate, and manage change requests. Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
    • Release Management: Own the release lifecycle, from planning to post-release validation and documentation.
    • Deployment Coordination: Lead deployment activities, including rollback strategies and resource scheduling.
    • Cloud CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain automated pipelines using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
    • Monitoring & Compliance: Implement monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog) and ensure secure deployments (SOC2, ISO 27001).
    • Networking & Infrastructure: Troubleshoot and support DNS, load balancers, VPCs, and cloud networking policies.

    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
    • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks (certification preferred)
