Grade 12 certificate, National senior certificate, or NQF Level 4. Knowledge of the Persal system and proven ability to work on it are recommended. Good telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills. Capturing skills.

Knowledge of regulations and legislative framework related to personnel administration. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the human resource environment and Completion of Persal Introductory course will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Implement human resource administration practices. Recruitment and Selection (Advertisements, Appointments, Transfer, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, probationary periods). Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension, Allowances, PILIR, pay progression, and grade progression.
Coordinate Performance Management. Termination of service. Creation of new members’ staff file, ensuring safekeeping of documents, and filing of all related documents. Capturing leave, overtime, and other related transactions on the PERSAL System. Daily coordination of all related activities and participation in the compilation of monthly reports. Execute any lawful instructions given by the team leaders.
