    Human Resource Executive

    Key Performance Areas.

    • Design and implement and manage the human capital management strategy throughout the company.
    • Provide human capital management leadership to all stakeholders in the company.
    • Ensure that all transactional human capital management activities in the company are competently executed.
    • Ensure that all transformational (talent management) human capital management activities are competently executed.
    • Design and implement organisation interventions to ensure a productive and performance-oriented climate and culture in the company.
    • Ensure that sound employee relations are maintained throughout the company.
    • Ensure that the company adheres to all legislative and compliance and governance regulations.
    • Lead and manage the HR team.
    • Represent the company from an HR perspective to all internal and external stakeholders.

     

     

    Requisite Qualifications and Experience

    • A recognised graduate and preferably postgraduate qualification in the human capital management field. (E.g. a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in psychology or industrial psychology or human resources management or similar).
      • A relevant graduate qualification is non-negotiable.
    • A postgraduate business qualification will be advantageous.
    • Circa 10 years of professional human capital management experience.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or fast moving consumer goods industry.
    • A demonstrable record of achievement in managing the HR function in a company.
    • Experience in leading and managing an HR team.
    • Experience working in a cross-border environment when required.
    • Willingness to travel regionally if required.
    • Well-developed communication skills (total fluency in English is non-negotiable).
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability and gravitas to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
