    Human Resources Administrator

    Expleo South Africa is looking for an extremely organized, confident and energetic individual to join our winning team.
    You would be r esponsible for the day to day running of HR administration in South Africa

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare activity reports for HRM
    • Completion of new starter administration, including paperwork, system set up and induction
    • Manage Holidays and Absenteeism administration
    • Manage all paternity, maternity, adoption and long term absence leaves
    • Manage end of probation and exit processes
    • Ensure all HR systems are kept up to date
    • Liaise with Payroll for the preparation of monthly salary payments
    • Prepare all salary letters, promotion letters
    • Assist with administration and co-ordination of reviews as required
    • Completing all basic HR administration including maintaining records for ISO 27001
    • Liaise with 3rd party employee benefit providers advising of all relevant staff changes and ensuring records and payments are up to date
    • Maintenance and management of Premier HR, VIP Payroll Leave Module, ESS and Success Factors

    Qualifications

    Advantageous

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Additional courses or certification in People Services is an advantage

    • Respects confidentiality and is courteous, reliable and responsive in dealing with others
    • Resourceful and takes initiative
    • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
    • Attention to detail
    • Can work on own but as part of a team
    • Flexible to deal with queries and issues
    • Must be able to juggle many different tasks simultaneously without losing focus or efficiency
    • Regularly achieves deadlines

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a payroll/ HR admin
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • SAGE VIP and ESS
    • Success Factors

    What Do I Need Before I Apply

    • Own transport
    • Good Internet connection
    • Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
    • Must be open to working adjusted hours, as we support global clients.
