    Global HR & Recruitment Administrator

    This role provides administrative support to internal and external clients as needed including record keeping, file maintenance and Applicant Tracking System updates. Works under the supervision of a senior team member. Delivers in own area and contributes to overall departmental goals.

    Responsibilities

    • IR35 Administration Support.
    • Interview scheduling.
    • Resume formatting.
    • Provides general support to the Recruitment department and delivers in assigned work, contributing to overall departmental goals, policies and procedures.
    • Maintains databases and reports, records ensuring they are kept up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation and ensuring data matches other company systems.
    • Provides support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of documents.
    • Resolves straight forward problems and escalates issues with suggestions for further investigation and options for consideration as required.
    • Assists with the recruitment and interview process.
    • Provides support for local and global recruiting projects.
       

    Qualifications

    • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
    • Additional courses or certification in People Services is advantageous

    Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead

    You will have responsibility of leading test consultants through the process of reviewing and implementing new methodologies & tools throughout the client project. In addition, you will provide mentoring, leadership and direction to other team members, as well as ensuring the quality of the team’s output is of a consistently high standard. You will be part of a high-performance team and will have the opportunity to excel and grow your career delivering quality at a fast pace.

    Responsibilities

    • Document and execute high quality test plans for functional areas under custom development and test
    • Analyze complex requirements and review acceptance criteria to ensure they are for fit for purpose, testable and can have tests developed to explicitly test and guide acceptance
    • Create comprehensive and well-defined test scripts that are traceable back to requirements
    • Execution of functional, regression and integration test scripts
    • Lead/participate in defect triage discussions and challenge development perception of severity
    • Contribute to management reporting including appropriate test metrics on planning, defects and execution.
    • Lead a QA team, and gather information from business stakeholders to verify and prioritise a set of business requirements
    • Prepare, execute and document test cases based on Business & Functional Requirements to ensure thorough testing of requirements in a fast-paced environment
    • Work with clients to analyse existing or new processes and systems in order to provide high quality advice and deliverables
    • Work attentively with the Expleo testing services (functional, automated and performance) to deliver a seamless overall quality service
    • Work closely with the clients’ Technical Architects and Developers and be able to ‘translate’ the business requirements to functional requirements for these teams
    • Ensure that the scope of a design iteration doesn't vary unless authorised by the Business Stakeholders
    • Report issues to management where these could have an impact on a major deadline
    • Mentor less experienced analysts and motivate others to provide innovative solutions for team improvement
    • Review test cases written by peers to ensure that all requirements are covered in test case documentation
    • Re-test bugs to confirm that they have been corrected
    • Review, mentor and assign tasks to junior QA staff
    • Bring a quality focus to product releases
    • Have a customer mind-set and eye for detail with applications under test
       

    Qualifications

    • A Computer Science/I.T. related degree / Diploma
    • ISTQB certification in Software Testing (minimum CFL)
    • Minimum 3yrs of proven working experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must possess Good Interpersonal Skills
    • A degree-level qualification in a Computer Science discipline
    • ISTQB certification.
    • Cloud testing experience would be beneficial

    Human Resources Administrator

    Expleo South Africa is looking for an extremely organized, confident and energetic individual to join our winning team.
    You would be r esponsible for the day to day running of HR administration in South Africa

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare activity reports for HRM
    • Completion of new starter administration, including paperwork, system set up and induction
    • Manage Holidays and Absenteeism administration
    • Manage all paternity, maternity, adoption and long term absence leaves
    • Manage end of probation and exit processes
    • Ensure all HR systems are kept up to date
    • Liaise with Payroll for the preparation of monthly salary payments
    • Prepare all salary letters, promotion letters
    • Assist with administration and co-ordination of reviews as required
    • Completing all basic HR administration including maintaining records for ISO 27001
    • Liaise with 3rd party employee benefit providers advising of all relevant staff changes and ensuring records and payments are up to date
    • Maintenance and management of Premier HR, VIP Payroll Leave Module, ESS and Success Factors

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Additional courses or certification in People Services is an advantage
