    Job Description:

    This role offers a unique chance to gain experience in both Magistrate Court and High Court proceedings, covering Civil and Criminal matters.     Get ready to broaden your horizons with our trainee rotation program, where you'll dive into different legal sectors like Corporate, Banking, Litigation, and more every six months. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Legal Administration support,drafting contracts, compiling reports, and data capturing.

    • Consulting with clients
    • Consulting with council
    • Reearch and drafting of all legal and other documents, correspondence and reports as instructed 
    • Opening files and organising same.
    • Case preparation and case management  
    • Provides other administrative duties including but not limited to collating information and reports, scheduling meetings, answering telephone queries, diary management and maintaining an effective filing and retrieval system
    • Maintains or protects NN Mahumani Inc. by keeping information private and confidential
    • Ensure clients are satisfied with service delivery.
    • Assist in analysing queries and complaints trends and suggest solutions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.update
    • Keeping up-to-date with  the legal daily developments 

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Grade 12
    • Completed LLB (Average 65%)
    • Completed Vocational training 
    • Advanced level of Microsoft literacy
    • Drafting contract and legal documents on intermediate level 
    • Fluent in English 
    • Typing speed of 50 wpm is required
