Scope and scale
Eduvos is one of South Africa’s largest independent private higher education institutions with 12 campuses across the country and many international students. Eduvos offers 21 degrees in humanities, arts, business, science and law. To support the learning ladder of people seeking to enter degrees we also offer Higher Certificate and Pre-degree programmes that enable access to degree programmes.

The Position:
We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR business partner support services to Eduvos line managers with the focus on HR implementation support, capacity building and governance.
This role will report to the Head of HR.
Minimum qualification:
A human resources qualification and honours (preferable).
At least five years’ generalist work experience in a professional human resources business partnering (non-administrative) role.
Functional and technical competencies:
Good knowledge and know-how of full talent management employee life cycle.
Broad knowledge as a generalist on all HR practices.
Good understanding of culture and change management.
HR regulatory compliance-related knowledge and application know- how such as skills development and employment equity.
Labour relations knowledge
Coaching skills.
Well-developed MS Office skills.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be primarily responsible to facilitate the implementation of the following talent management processes:
Talent acquisition and selection support.
On-boarding.
Performance management.
Talent reviews / succession.
Training and development.
Leadership development.
Reward.
Exit management.
Organisation development support.
Organogram and roles.
Culture and climate.
Change management.
Employee wellness.
Employee advocate - first point of call for all HR related issues.
Labour relations support.
