Responsibilities:
Align HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and operational excellence.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on workforce planning, talent management, and Industrial Relations (IR).
Lead organizational design and develop strategies for BBBEE management and Employment Equity (EE).
Oversee talent acquisition and retention, ensuring workforce diversity and compliance.
Champion employee engagement and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
Manage change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
Strong understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices in a global organization.
Experience with BBBEE management and compliance, and Employment Equity initiatives.
Proven leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
