Summary
- We are looking for an independent and innovative team player with passion for service excellence.The incumbent will provide a full HR function to the relevant business unit(s), including recruitment, performance management, training and development, IR and HR administration/reporting.
Requirements
- RelevantGrade 12
- Relevant NQF Level 6 Qualification in Human Resource Management is essential, additional relevant qualifications will be advantageous
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience at an HRBP Level
- Proven track record in HR data analytics
- Proven track record in Line Manager coaching
- Experience in a Hospital / Hospitality environment will be advantageous
- Proven track record in Change Leadership
- Experience on the SAP HRIS will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are essential
- Excellent administration and organization skills are essential
