Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of risks related to Hospital Technical infrastructure and assets related to all plants and equipment. The critical outputs will include:
- Ensure compliance with Busamed Engineering policy standards, relevant legislation, and OSH Act

Requirements

Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for management and maintenance of medical equipment technology and all associated facets within the hospital. The critical outputs will include:
- Establish and maintain an accurate computerized asset management system as per Hospital Engineering protocols,
- Generate and manage medical equipment replacement plan for all medical equipment for the hospital
- Perform first line repairs, modifications and installations on equipment, utilizing the necessary test equipment, in accordance with the standards and recommendations of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and/or governing agencies

- Manage Equipment SLAs at hospital level and ensure outputs are met

Summary
- The Unit Manager will coordinate Improved Quality Nursing Care by ensuring compliance with professional and ethical practices. The incumbent will be accountable for coordinating the Training, Development and Mentoring of staff in the Unit.
