Our client, known as one of the largest cosmetic and fragrance companies in the world, has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated HR Manager, who is passionate about the world of beauty and HR, to join and grow their Luxury/Beauty Division in Cape Town, South Africa.

Requirements:

• Experience in Retail HR Management for at least 5 years within and international corporate organization
• Strong Human Resources generalist background
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to plan and manage time
• Strong intrapersonal skills
• Natural skill to motivate and engage people
• Ability to calmly and confidently deal with conflict management
• Strong payroll experience
• Previous work experience within the beauty industry/ with a high- end brand (advantageous)
• Passion and love for beauty/luxury brands (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage centralized human resources activities including performance management and talent management, as well as other deployed projects
• Manage all operational sides of HR Management
• Recruiting to build up excellent staff
• Maintain a smooth onboarding process
• Enhance Training and coaching lessons for staff
• Conduct performance and wage reviews
• Evaluate and provide reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies
• Develop training programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals
