Human Resources Officer
- Job Type Contract
- Qualification Bachelors , Masters
- Experience 5 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Fine Print
- 3 year Degree or B.Tech in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management is advantageous
- At least 5 years’ experience in the HR field, with experience in organizational development
Skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEA, etc.)
- Understanding of organizational development models and experience in applying some of them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and SharePoint
- Valid Driver’s licence (Code 08)
