    Human Resources Officer (Manufacturing) – Roodepoort

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to day HR functions
    • Ensure that employee documentation is filed and kept in order
    • Audit, transform and improve employee filing/record-keeping systems
    • Manage payroll and all financial reporting that goes hand in hand therewith
    • Collaborate with the labour brokers on their staff, invoicing, payroll and disciplinary matters
    • Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA

    The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an intermediate HR role
    • Payroll experience
    • Intermediate excel skills advantageous
    • Attention to detail
    • Diligent, reliable, consistent
    • Own transport and valid driver's license
