What Were Looking For:

• BPM/BAW Expertise: Demonstrated experience in IBM BPM and BAW is essential for redesigning processes and integrating services.
• Java Development Skills: Proficiency in Java, especially in implementing Application Integration Services (AIS) and troubleshooting data errors.
• Azure DevOps Experience: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including building reusable code and utilizing pipelines for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign existing processes to align with IBM standards and integrate RESTful web services into business applications.
• Engage in unit testing, code reviews, and ensure the quality of developed solutions.
• Play a leadership role in our Centers of Excellence (COEs) while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical delivery issues and formulate effective solutions.
