ICT Coordinator Intern at Woodlands Dairy

About the Role 

• Woodlands Dairy is seeking an ICT Coordinator Intern to join the ICT Department in Humansdorp on a fixed‑term internship contract. The role provides administrative and coordination support to the ICT team and offers practical exposure to ICT operations, procurement, documentation, governance, and project coordination. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• The successful candidate will assist with ICT procurement and finance processes, support ICT asset management, provide administrative support to ICT projects, maintain ICT documentation, liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors, and compile basic reports and management information. 

Minimum Requirements:  

• Applicants must have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, with strong administrative and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires high attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn and develop within the ICT environment.
