Description
DATABASE ADMINISTRATION:

• Help troubleshoot database issues under supervision.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining database performance.
• Assist in developing scripts to automate routine database tasks.
• Help generate reports from databases as required.
• Work with database Systems Engineer and IT teams to support ongoing projects.
• Learn and apply database management principles in real-world scenarios.

APPLICATION SUPPORT:

• Respond to and resolve application-related issues reported by users through helpdesk system.
• Diagnose problems, escalate complex issues to Application Support Specialists, and track resolutions.
• Ensure timely updates and communication with users regarding issue status.
• Monitor application performance and availability.
• Assist users with application functionality and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and documentation to help users effectively use the applications.
• Assist in deploying new application versions, patches, and updates.
• Work closely with Application Support Specialists and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity within applications.

IT SUPPORT:

• Basic IT support.
• Network Assistance.
• User Support.
• Learning and Documentation.

Requirements
Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills Desired:

• Basic understanding of relational databases (MS SQL).
• Knowledge of SQL queries and database operations.
• Familiarity with database management tools (SSMS).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Awareness of cloud database environments (Azure).
