Import Documentation Coordinator at CMA CGM

Responsibilities:

• Based on vessel ETA proceed with customer requests for redirections
• Ensure manifests are submitted on time (72hrs prior to ETA) and ensure same is done for other regions
• Submitting of rail lists
• Providing manifest to SAPs for Manual detentions.
• Ensure that all invoicing is complete as per KPI – ETA -1 day
• Ensure that all GBS/customer queries are actioned within 24 hours
• Ensure NIF is cleared weekly
• Assist the Finance Department with all AR and AP queries
• Assist Import invoice team with invoicing as per client’s requirements
• Ensure Nova cases are responded to within 4 hrs
• Any other reasonably required request in line with the operational requirements of the business

Skills and Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Diploma/Degree with shipping maritime focus will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and processes
• Proficient on Microsoft Office & Navis
