    In Season Designer Mr Price

    Job Description

    • In this role, you'll work closely with Buyers and cross-functional teams to interpret current trade performance, customer insights, and global trend influences into exciting, customer-focused product solutions. You'll play a key role in driving in-season opportunities and ensuring our ranges remain relevant, commercial, and on trend.

    Responsibilities
    Trend Analysis & Strategic Support

    • Interpret current trade performance and emerging fashion trends to identify product opportunities.
    • Create high-quality CADs, concept boards, and visual presentations to support range reviews, strategy sessions, and post-mortem analyses.
    • Develop and maintain brand-specific design and inspiration libraries.
    • Research and monitor online fashion trends, competitor activity, and market developments to support future product direction.

    Product Design & Development

    • Collaborate closely with Buyers to design commercially relevant products and style extensions.
    • Create detailed and accurate CADs, technical drawings, and product specifications.
    • Assist in developing seasonal and in-season tech packs to support supplier execution.
    • Partner with the Graphics team to brief print and graphic concepts aligned to the product strategy.
    • Contribute to the development of digital merchandise collections and product presentations.

    Sample & Product Management

    • Maintain an organised and up-to-date sample library, including photographing, tagging, cataloguing, and tracking all purchased samples.
    • Support the management of overseas inspiration samples to ensure easy access and reference throughout the development process.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Management, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years' experience in Fashion Design or CAD Design within a retail or apparel environment.
    • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and technical product development.
    • Experience creating detailed tech packs and product specifications.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
    • Sound understanding of the Retail Merchandise Cycle and product development process.
