- Verified and maintained laboratory equipment
- Prepared laboratory standards and reagents
- Tested routine raw materials, packaging & finished products
- Perform online QA/QC checks
- Raised non-conformance and actioned results out of specification
- Analysed & computed data & recorded information
- Applied laboratory hygiene & safety procedures
- Participated in proficiency testing
Qualifications
- Natial Diploma Food Technology or equivalent
