    Inbound Sales Representative

    • Drive revenue growth and increase market share by building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a brand ambassador by delivering tailored product solutions and providing market insights to support business strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships using a consultative sales approach to secure repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
    • Customer Advisory: Guide clients in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs.
    • Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and sales techniques to enhance performance.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
    • High level of resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Matric (Grade 12) required; diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (FMCG or related industry advantageous)
    • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
