Industrial Engineering Intern at Ceramic Industries Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time studies and process flow analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and implement methods for optimizing production layouts and workflow
• Assist in the design and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and reduce waste
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
