Information Security Officer at Baagi Technology

An opportunity exists with one of our client in the Mining Industry.

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Officer, to design and enforce policies and procedures that protect the client's organization's computing infracstructure from all forms of security breaches.

• Relevant qualification in Computer Sceince or Technology-related field.
• Overall 5 years of relevant Information Security experience.
• Expert analytical skills and in-depth kwowledge of best practices to prevent a wide range of security threads.
• Lead the development of unique, effective security strategies for software systems, networks, data centers, and hardware.
• Lead the development of monitoring software for external intrusions, attacks, and hacks
• Good communication & client facing skills.

The role will be based at a mine in the Limpopo province.

Please note this is a BBEE role on a two (2) year contract basis.
