Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently and accurately.
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstation setups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, contributing your insights and learning from others.
Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve service delivery.
Support the testing and implementation of new software and systems as needed.
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in technical support or IT projects through internships, academic projects, or relevant work experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with networking concepts, operating systems, and general IT support practices.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of programming languages or software development principles is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IT service management tools or ticketing systems.
