• They are currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Informix Programmer to join their team in Cape Town.
• You will be responsible for coding, testing, debugging and correcting the programs developed in Informix 4gl or Genero Business Development language. You will be required to provide support and maintenance on the systems as well as work within a strict framework of programming standards.
• To apply, you need to have Matric and a 3-year Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.

You also need to have the following:

• 5+ Years’ solid Informix 4gl development experience;
• Solid Genero development experience;
• Knowledge and experience of Unix AIX;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Shell scripting; and,
• C#/.Net development experience.
