We’re looking for an Installations Supervisor to manage our field teams, ensure top-quality installations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee day-to-day installations, refine processes, and ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Outputs:
Manage, train, and develop installation teams.
Oversee field operations, schedules, and quality control.
Review and refine work orders and plans before deployment.
Ensure adherence to installation procedures and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor and improve installation efficiency and service standards.
Requirements
Completed grade 12 or equivalent.
Minimum of two years in a supervisory role in Telecoms industry.
Comfortable with working on a CRM platform.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to plan, organise, and oversee multiple projects.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A valid drivers license.
