Insurance Sales at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH)

The Ideal Candidates

• Will sell, cross sell, up sell short term insurance products, whilst following the company’s sales processes, compliance, quality assurance and customer service guiding principles.
• Have proven sales track record
• Excellence communication skills
• Strong understanding of the short-term insurance sales processes and sales techniques
• Strong attention to detail

Minimum Education / Industry Certification / Accreditation Requirements

• Matric / SAQA accredited qualification – Essential*
• At least 1 – 2 years short term insurance or general contact centre sales experience -Essential
• RE5 is essential only if you have industry experience (working towards acquiring all FAIS Credits before DOFA expires)
• Full FAIS credits# (advantageous)
