Insurance Training Specialist - Piet Retief at TWK Agri

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Insurance Training Specialist within the Insurance department at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop training programs for insurance professionals to enhance their understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations
• Deliver training sessions through various methods including in-person workshops, virtual training sessions, and self-paced e-learning modules
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation tools
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training materials reflect current best practices
• Provide individual coaching and support to insurance professionals as needed
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary training to succeed in their roles
• Coordinate with other training professionals within the organization to ensure consistency in training approach and materials

Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or a related field (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations
• Proven experience developing training programs and materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIC) (advantageous)
