Key Responsibilities

Delivery:

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualForce, Aura Lightning Components, LWC, and Test Classes.
• Enhance product quality through containerisation and continuous integration, fostering a DevOps culture.
• Participate in system design, analysis, scoping, and estimation throughout the SDLC.
• Research and implement innovative technologies to improve project outcomes.

People:

• Lead by example, demonstrating motivation and a collaborative mindset.
• Drive change and foster a positive team culture.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting accountability and excellence.

Customer:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, VisualForce, Aura Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration techniques.
• Proven experience leading a team of Salesforce Engineers.
• Proficiency in clean code principles and best practices.
• Ability to architect small projects in an enterprise environment.
• Strong customer-facing skills and adaptability to different tools and environments.
