    Integrated Media Manager

    Purpose of the Role:

    • A media marketing professional who will be responsible for successfully managing the strategy, execution, and measurement of 360-degree marketing projects and campaigns, always on media including ATL, digital marketing and SEO. Has a passion for building innovative and integrated media campaigns to drive always on activity and support key marketing initiatives. Be able to have a wide scope thinking approach to be able to see and understand the impact of a comprehensive media strategy for the brand, and the respective brand project and product campaigns. They will manage the overall paid channel strategy across segments within the group. The paid media space includes paid ATL (traditional/offline) and paid digital (online) channels. You will be tasked to develop and deploy the overall paid media strategy (aligned to the Digital Marketing Strategy) across the group whilst acting as support for technical paid media expertise. Working in partnership with segments/clusters and media agency partners, you will be tasked to develop and deploy an integrated channel strategy across ATL and digital media with consumer channel consumption at the core of all recommendation.

    Role Responsibilities: 

    Treating customers fairly and compliance

    • Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing advice and assistance
    • Create understanding of the ‘real’ versus ‘perceived’ need through experience and expertise while complying with company policies, legislation and regulations
    • Keep the client informed about progress through written communication, telephone communications, and/or face-to-face meetings
    • Build a positive image by exceeding client expectations at all times
    • Treat internal and external customers fairly at all times

    Management of resources

    • Develop and maintain staff costs and budgets
    • Manage and develop subordinate(s): Performance management in terms of contracting, reviews and poor performers, Training and development, Employee relations
    • Manage people efficiencies through leave management, headcount budget, fixed term contracts, staff movements, secondments, staff utilization
    • Take appropriate disciplinary measures as required
    • Facilitate induction of new staff within one month of joining the organization

    Plan, develop and implement Digital strategies & campaigns to support business objectives

    • Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the bank’s overall business goals and target audiences
    • Align the paid media strategy with the bank's overall business objectives, such as increasing customer acquisition, retention, or cross-selling
    • Plan, develop and implement monthly activity plans to create customer demand to achieve the annual Digital targets across all customer groups and specified channels & products
    • Ensure effective campaign management and execution according to the approved campaign brief to ensure the delivery of timeous and successful campaigns
    • Work effectively and productively within the scope and guidelines of the Digital infrastructure. Review infrastructure effectiveness: Develop, maintain and upgrade where necessary. Recommend opportunities for improvement. Monitor and interpret campaign / channel conversion trends for new and existing client campaigns

    Campaign Management

    • Plan, execute, and monitor paid media marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g.,TV,Radio,OOH, social media, search engines, display advertising, email, and content marketing)
    • Work with content and design teams to create compelling content and visuals tailored to the campaign
    • Roll out the campaign across chosen paid media channels according to the campaign plan. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies) to ensure smooth execution
    • Conduct A/B tests on different campaign elements (e.g., ad copy, imagery, CTAs) to identify the most effective approaches
    • Ensure campaigns comply with banking regulations and industry standards, such as advertising disclosure and data privacy laws
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for stakeholders
    • Work closely with sales, customer service, product, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
    • Document campaign strategies, execution plans, and outcomes for reference in future campaigns

    Stakeholder management and collaboration

    • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey across digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience
    • Actively seek feedback from stakeholders on marketing campaigns and initiatives to understand their perspectives and concern
    • Provide education and training to stakeholders on digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to help them understand the value and impact of marketing efforts
    • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, KPIs, and campaign outcomes to stakeholders

    Budget management

    • Distribute the budget across different marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives based on expected ROI and strategic priorities
    • Track and monitor spending in real-time across different campaigns and initiatives to ensure adherence to budget
    • Coordinate account payments and keep record of expenditure against budget. Identify areas to drive cost efficiencies or savings and manage the return on investment
    • Prepare regular reports on budget performance and spending trends for stakeholders and senior management

    Minimum Education and Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications/ business administration or similar field
    • Minimum 5+ years management experience in Traditional ,digital marketing with exposure to social media, email marketing, and content marketing within the banking or financial services industry.
