Integration Specialist at Paracon

Our client is actively looking for an Integration Specialist (API) to join their team in Cape Town.  You will be responsible for system design, configuration, investigation, and administration of CA API Layer 7 Gateway, SOA, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud implementations, and custom systems.

To apply, you need to have Matric and an IT-related qualification coupled a minimum of 3 years’ experience and/or knowledge of the following:

• Administering and configuring an API management tool e.g. CA API Layer7 Gateway and Portal, AWS API Gateway and WOS2;
• Good working knowledge of Linux, Windows, I-series and AIX environments;
• Performed production support function;
• Enterprise integration and software design patterns;
• SOA experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, ODATA, OAUTH, WADL, WSDL);
• Software development (Java, .NET, SDLC, etc.);
• Testing tools (JUnit, JMeter, SOAPUI, LoadRunner, Postman, Wireshark, etc); and,
• Threat management and security standards (OWASP, PCI DSS, PoPi, Cyber Security, NIST, DAST, SAST, IAST, WAF, IAM).
