    Interim Assistant to the Director (6 Month Contract/Secondment)

    Main Objectives

    • To provide specialised project, organizational and administrative support to the Director and the Division.

    The Requirements

    A B. Degree (preferably in human resources) or equivalent plus approximately four (4) years relevant experience where such experience includes: -

    • Previous administrative experience where planning, coordinating, and executing high-level and complex administrative processes and projects was a key responsibility and where the job required a high degree of multi-tasking
    • At least one (1) year of human-resource-related administrative experience working with an HR management information system
    • Previous experience handling queries (staff, members of the public, etc.)
    • Report writing and data analysis experience
