About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Content Creator to join our Sales & Marketing team. As an Intermediate Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that will help promote our company and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute content strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

As part of your work with the Sales & Marketing team, you will:

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team on marketing strategies.
• Oversee and keep up to date the company brand book, brand collateral, signage and visual design of website pages.
• Develop and manage content for social media.
• Research and create high-quality, compelling visual content such as featured images for blog posts and articles, case study visuals, website resources, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop content that showcases the company's services.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into your content.
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a content creator
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field of study e.g Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, etc.
• You have a strong interest in the software development industry
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Good Visual Design and Marketing skills
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
