    Intern : Administration Support

    Intern : Administration Support 

    This role is in the Sanlam Group Technology and part of the IT Sourcing, Contracts and Vendor management reporting to Contracts Administrator. This role is important to assist in managing vendors seamlessly, keeping integrity of the contracts and confidentiality of the sourcing process.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in administration of the current Vendor Panel - Vendor accreditation criteria and process.
    • Assist in the administration of the Tender Process
    • Assisting in Onboarding of Vendors
    • Kicking off independent Contractors approval process
    • Online scanning and filing of contracts using content manager
    • Assistance in re-contracting process of Vendors and Contractors
    • Assist in creating Monthly team reports
    • Sign off of NDA’s for Individuals and Corporations
    • Ensure all contractual agreements are on file and Content Manager up to date
    • Manage Vendor correspondence when a need arises 
    • Assist with signing and filing of NDA’s 
    • Assist with compiling Work Schedule’s – contracts

    Qualification and Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Diploma in Legal Administration / Supply Chain Management / Administration
    • Previous experience in an administration role would be an advantagge
    • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
