    Intern - South Africa

    • Nokia is seeking ambitious university graduates in Human Resources for a Graduate Internship program within its People Organisation group in Johannesburg, South Africa.     Your responsibilities

    • Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. 
    • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, scheduling inductions.
    • Ensuring that benefits documents are fully completed and share then with the People Care Partner.
    • Assisting with payroll processes, including gathering data and submitting to the People Care Partner for review.
    • Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. 
    • Assisting with the coordination of HR events in line with the annual employee engagement program.
    • Liaising with key stakeholders for HR related events.

    Your skills and experience
    You Have: 

    • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a similar field.
    • Understanding and applying relevant labour laws and regulations to HR practices. 
    • SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

    It would be nice if you also had:

    • Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Maintaining accuracy and precision in data entry, record keeping, and report generation. 
    • The ability to communicate effectively with employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
