As an Internal Audit Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on internal audit programs, conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, and delivering practical solutions that drive business improvement. You will lead audit engagements, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior team members—all while staying at the forefront of industry best practices.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements from planning to completion
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and evaluate internal controls
Develop and implement tailored internal audit programs
Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
Communicate findings and guide clients on remediation efforts
Mentor and coach junior colleagues to foster team growth
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and auditing software
