    Strategic Function

    Product management

    • Collect, validate and analyse information to support research initiatives, technical queries and MI reporting requirements

    Assistant Audit Manager

    Strategic Function 

    • Support and participate in the implementation of the BSC initiatives within the BU

    Product Management

    • Compliance with all the requirements of international standard on auditing and AGSA methodology which include but not limited to:

    Audit Planning:

    • Review the planning documentation in accordance with auditing standards and consider matters that should be carried forward.
    • Understand all aspects of the auditee’s business (including relevant risks affecting the business) and understand the link between different components of the audit.
    • Keep abreast of any news or developments relating to the auditee or the industry in which it operates.
    • Review and issue request for information (RFI’s) to the auditee and update the RFI register with information received and follow-up on outstanding information.

    Audit Execution:

    • Review notes to be adequately, and timeously cleared and ensure that working papers are updated based on review notes raised.

    Business Unit Administration Manager

    • Manage, control supply chain management activities within the BU
    • Implement effective administrative and office management systems and practices for the BU.
    • Responsible for managing and monitoring of the BU ethics register, annual declaration process including the monitoring of staff joining the auditees.

    • Coordinate the BU facilities management processes (physical building) including management and monitoring of the services contracts and performance of service providers such as security, cleaning and landlord (applicable to regional BUAMs).

    • Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on BU processes in order to ensure alignment stakeholder needs.
