BCom degree or similar financial qualification or Internal Audit qualification
Medical industry experience - preferably 3 - 5 years as a minimum, and preferable in Renal
Valid Driver's license and be able to travel extensively and be prepared to stay away from home for long periods at a time
Analytical, methodical, and be able to work with large amounts of data
Work under pressure, with tight deadlines and have good stress tolerance ability
Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Perform Internal Reviews at sites and at Head Office as per schedule
Controlled Self-Assessments (CSAs) - Manage all CSAs across all business divisions, ensure that all controls are adequate from a risk mitigation perspective.
Update POPIA databases with relevant changes and/or additions
Assist with Legal administrative duties - agreement database updates
Perform risk assessments on identified risk areas and draft quarterly reports
Perform control tests to ensure that internal controls/systems have adequate risk mitigation controls embedded and that there is compliance
Market analysis research
Project management on various projects such as sustainability
Demonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.
