Internal Recruitment Consultant 

• Optimi is looking for a well-experienced recruiter to assist with recruitment for a month. The candidate must have exposure in interviewing candidates at various levels.

Responsibilities

• 360 recruitment for different levels and positions
• Effective communication with the Talent Acquisition Manager
• Ensure all vacancies are filled within the given deadline
• Ad hoc work given by the Manager

Requirements:

• Psychology / HR Qualification
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience
• Deadline driven and hardworking
• Must have their own Laptop and WIFI
