We are looking for a talented Internal Sales Consultant to join our BRM Brands team!
Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer management
Build relationships with existing customers
Facilitating orders within a designated sales channel
Capturing sales orders
Ensuring delivery of orders
Overall customer satisfaction
Facilitating the delivery of Online orders
Engaging with and troubleshooting for online clients
A minimum of 5 years previous telesales experience is essential preferably within an FMCG environment.
