Project Management experience advantageous
Well-developed understanding of demand forecasting & inventory management

DUTIES:
Plan and implement assigned inventory and logistics optimization projects
Give input into, and provide technical advice for, the strategic and tactical direction to the Aftermarket operations regarding inventory planning and demand forecasting to drive best compromise between inventory investment and customer satisfaction.
Seek to improve all aspects of the inventory and logistics management functions, driving continuous improvements, through review of methodology and processes to align with best practice.
Define leading indicators and conduct regular reporting to track execution and delivery, to achieve ROI on implemented initiatives.
Build, develop, and maintain data models, automated reports, and dashboards that align to strategic performance metrics.
Gathers, interprets, and conducts deep dive into relevant data, contributing to a proactive culture of root cause analysis, continuous improvement of costs, productivity, demand patterns etc, within inventory planning and logistics functions.
Conduct Data Modelling, including responsibility for cleansing, consolidation, transformation, and validation of multiple data sources (types/systems).
Develop and deliver compelling presentations using data/graphics to communicate insights and implications for Inventory and Supply Chain decision-making
Ad hoc duties as required to support the department
Ensure accurate recordkeeping
Prepare and submit accurate reports, in the agreed format, on time
Ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures (including quality controls)
