Inventory Controller at Belgotex Floors

Key Accountabilities and Outputs:

Strategy and Operational Planning

• Liaise with Planning and Outbound stock teams to ensure all works orders are completed accordingly including, Grass and tufted projects.
• Liaise with Sales and Accounts Teams regarding Returns and RMAs
• Attend weekly Inventory and Stock Accuracy meetings with Senior Managers and Production teams.

Inventory and Stock Accuracy

• All CUT Locations monitoring and accuracy.
• Any Mat Department Inventory monitoring and accuracy.
• Grade 5 Inventory monitoring and accuracy.
• Returns Inventory monitoring.
• Assisting Reinspection team with Stock related issues.
• Assisting Reinspection team with Works Orders related stock issues.
• Reinspection department and Any Mat department Waste Production monitoring.
• Reporting as finished of all Works Orders for Reinspection/Slitting and Any Mat Department.
• Monitoring of all Raw Material Stock for Reinspection and Any Mat Department.

Reporting and Documentation

• Quality orders / D365.
• Teams /Email - feedback.
• Finalizing/ recon of projects.
• Maintaining accurate stock records.
• Processing, closing and balancing Work Orders.
• Knowledge of I.S.O / IMS.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric with Math’s is essential.
• Matric.
• Preferably a degree or working towards one.
• Extensive knowledge of D365.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
• Previous experience working in logistics and warehousing is essential.
