What you need as a qualification.

• RE5 or above (OrbVest South Africa is currently operating as a Juristic Rep of Van Wealth Financial Management but is awaiting evaluation for an FSCA licence in the name of the company)
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office suite
• 5-7 years’ relevant financial service or commercial real estate Industry experience / B.Com Finance

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Canvassing for New Business
• Client Liaison
• Achieving Monthly Sales quotas
• Client Appointments
• Attending Events and Functions
• Networking Opportunities
• Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
• Ability to learn product specific knowledge, deal structuring knowledge, property finance and investment criterion.

Indications of Success - How will we measure if you are doing a great job?

• New client acquisition
• Conversion Rates
• CAPS (Calls/Appointments/Presentations/Sales)
• Client Satisfaction
• Knowledge base
• Attendance to all info. Sessions and co. meetings and events.
• You will be earning high commissions.

Remuneration

• The role includes a basic salary plus commission – you have the ability of earning the high commissions that our existing small team are doing, north of R100 000 a month.
